Board of Ramkrishna Forgings recommends First Interim dividend

Ramkrishna Forgings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2026, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
