Tata Motors has allotted 41,981 equity shares under Share-based Long Term Incentive Scheme on 30 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 7,36,56,62,666 divided into 3,68,28,31,333 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.
