Shaily Engineering Plastics allots 1,300 equity shares under ESOP

Shaily Engineering Plastics has allotted 1,300 equity shares under ESOP on 29 October 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 9,19,90,496 divided into 4,59,95,248 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 9,19,93,096 divided into 4,59,96,548 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
