Board of IRB InvIT Fund recommends Second Interim dividend

IRB InvIT Fund announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Second Interim dividend of Rs 1.625 per equity Share (i.e. 1.5931%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
