Poonawalla Fincorp raises Rs 1318 crore via NCDs

Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 91,300 secured, redeemable, rated, listed non-convertible debentures having a face value of Rs 1,00,000/- through PFL NCD SERIES ZCB G1 FY 2026-27 (INE511C07AF0) amounting to Rs 913 crore and allotment of 40,500 secured, redeemable, rated, listed non-convertible debentures having a face value of Rs 1,00,000/- through PFL NCD SERIES G2 FY 2026-27 (INE511C07AG8) amounting to Rs 405 crore.
