At meeting held on 28 October 2026

The board of Hexaware Technologies at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved merger of subsidiaries:

1. Merger of Identity and Access Solutions Canada Inc., step down wholly owned subsidiary with and into Hexaware Technologies Canada, Canada, wholly owned subsidiary

2. Merger of IT Glitterz LLC, USA, step down wholly owned subsidiary with and into Hexaware Technologies Inc, USA, wholly owned subsidiary.
