Info Edge (India) board redesignates Sanjeev Bikhchandani as Executive Vice Chairman, MD and Group CEO

The board of Info Edge (India) at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved the appointment and re-designation of Sanjeev Bikhchandani (DIN: 00065640) as Executive Vice Chairman, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, with effect from 03 December 2026, subject to the approval of the members of the Company. He shall not be liable to retire by rotation, subject to the terms of his appointment and applicable law.
