Hitesh Oberoi to step down as MD and CEO of Info Edge (India)

The board of  Info Edge (India) at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 have taken note of the decision of Hitesh Oberoi (DIN: 01189953) to step down from his positions as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on 02 December 2026, after nearly 27 years with Info Edge.

Further, the board has approved the appointment of Hitesh Oberoi (DIN: 01189953) as an Additional Director, designated as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director under the Promoter Category, liable to retire by rotation, with effect from 03 December 2026, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
