Board of JSW Energy approves NCD issuance up to Rs 5,000 cr

The board of JSW Energy at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved raising of long term funds up to Rs. 5,000 crore through, inter-alia, the issuance of rated and listed Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches.
