Hindustan Aeronautics appoints P B Rangarao as Director (Operations)

Hindustan Aeronautics that based on the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Government of India Letter dated 28 October 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed P B Rangarao, Chief Executive Officer (Helicopter Complex) of the Company as Additional Director designated as Director (Operations) of the Company w.e.f. 28 October 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders in General Meeting.
