IIFL Capital Services board appoints Vasudev Jagannath as Additional Director

At meeting held on 28 October 2026

The board of IIFL Capital Services at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved the allotment of Vasudev Jagannath as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company for a period of three years, subject to the approval of the shareholders, regulators and such other approvals as may be applicable.

As part of a planned leadership succession to ensure a seamless and orderly transition, the Board has also approved the re-designation of Vasudev Jagannath as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 January 2027, for a period of three years, subject to the approval of the shareholders, regulators and such other approvals as may be applicable. This transition is intended to ensure continuity of leadership and the Company's strategic and business priorities. R. Venkataraman will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
