Chemiesynth Vapi allots unlisted NCRPS aggregating to Rs 10 cr

The board of Chemiesynth Vapi at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has considered and approved the allotment of one crore Unlisted Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 10 crore on a private placement basis under the first tranche, pursuant to the approval of the members of the Company and receipt of subscription money.
