Birlasoft allots one lakh equity shares under Share Incentive Plan

Birlasoft has allotted 1,00,997 equity shares under the Birlasoft Share Incentive Plan-2019 and Birlasoft Share Incentive Plan-2022. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 55,95,36,106/- divided into 27,97,68,053 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
