Board of Info Edge approves divestment of its entire stake in Unnati Online

The board of Info Edge (India) at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved the proposal to divest its entire holding (i.e. 31.64%) held in Unnati Online on fully converted & diluted basis (excluding ESOP Pool), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Startup Investments (Holding) (SIHL). A provision for impairment of full amount against said investment was booked in FY 2019-20. Post this divestment, Unnati Online will cease to be Associate Company of the Company.
