NH Financial Group invests Rs 900 cr in Choice Equity Broking

Choice International announced the successful closing of the strategic investment by NH Investment & Securities Co. (NHIS), a leading South Korean financial institution and subsidiary of NH Financial Group, in Choice Equity Broking (CEBPL), its broking subsidiary.

CEBPL has received today the full subscription consideration of Rs 8,99,99,95,500 (approximately Rs 900 crore) and allotted 42,25,350 fully paid-up Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) to NHIS at Rs 2,130 per share, pursuant to the Subscription Agreement dated 09 July 2026.
