Hindustan Unilever announces voluntary liquidation of a subsidiary in Brazil

Hindustan Unilever announced that a non-operating, step-down subsidiary of Uprising Science (a subsidiary of Hindustan Unilever), Minimalist Importation and Trade of Cosmetics LTDA, incorporated in Brazil, has been voluntarily liquidated with effect from 8 September 2026. The closure has no impact on operations.
