Jyoti Structures gains after bagging Rs 649-cr order from Power Grid

Jyoti Structures jumped 9.54% to Rs 9.87 after the company received notification of award (NoA) worth Rs 648.91 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India for the ?800 kV HVDC transmission line project under package TL05.
Jyoti Structures is an engineering, procurement and construction company with experience in the power transmission sector. The company provides turnkey solutions across design and engineering, consultancy, prototype tower testing, manufacturing, construction and project management. Its capabilities include high-voltage transmission lines, substations, underground cabling and optical ground wire (OPGW) projects in India and international markets.
On a consolidated basis, Jyoti Structures' net profit surged 74.37% to Rs 19.46 crore while net sales rose 61% to Rs 251.46 crore in Q1 June 2026 over Q1 June 2025.
