Advance Multitech allots 97.25 lakh convertible warrants

Advance Multitech has allotted 97,25,000 convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 40 per warrant including a premium of Rs 30 per warrant to non-promoters of the company.

The company has received 25% of the issue price per warrant i.e. Rs. 10/- as upfront payment aggregating to Rs. 9,72,50,000/- for allotment of 97,25,000 convertible warrants as per the terms of the issue.
