Beryl Securities allots 11.78 cr equity shares raising Rs 2.70 cr

Beryl Securities has allotted 11,78,005 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 13 per equity share to promoters and non-promoters/ public shareholders aggregating to Rs 2,70,94,115 for cash consideration on preferential basis.

Consequently, upon such allotment, the issued and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 6,02,77,050 consisting of 60,27,705 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The equity shares so allotted, shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.
