Embassy Developments allots 1.22 cr equity shares on conversion of warrants

Embassy Developments has, on 27 October 2026, allotted 1,22,00,000 equity shares on conversion of equal number of shares on receipt of balance consideration of Rs 102.03 crore towards warrant subscription price.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 2,82,76,66,866/- comprising 1,41,38,33,433 equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each.
