Board of Sky Gold approves QIP issue of up to Rs 1,800 cr

The board of Sky Gold & Diamonds at its meeting held on 27 October 2026 has approved fund raising up to Rs 1,800 crore by way of issuance of equity shares, in one or more tranches by way of one or more Qualified Institutions Placements.
