Optiemus Infracom board approves Rs 50 cr loan to subsidiary

The board of Optiemus Infracom at its meeting held on 27 October 2026 has accorded its approval to enter into a loan agreement with GDN Enterprises (GDN), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for granting an unsecured loan upto an amount of Rs. 50 crore, in one or more tranches, for a period of 3 years, to support its business operations and meet its working capital requirement.
