Mukka Proteins has received a Certificate of Registration issued by Registrar Corp, Virginia, USA confirming the registration of the Company's facility with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) pursuant to the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Bioterrorism Act of 2002 and the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act. The registration is expected to support the Company's business operations and facilitate its engagement with customers and markets requiring U.S. FDA facility registration.
