Board of Siyaram Silk Mills recommends First Interim dividend

Siyaram Silk Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2026, inter alia, have recommended the First Interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
