OneSource Specialty Pharma allots 360 equity shares under ESOP

OneSource Specialty Pharma has allotted 360 equity shares under ESOP on 27 October 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 11,46,73,791/- (constituting of 11,46,73,791 equity shares of Re 1/- each) to Rs 11,46,74,151/- (constituting of 11,46,74,151 equity shares of Re 1/- each).
