RBL Bank allots 5.28 lakh equity shares under ESOP

RBL Bank has allotted 5,28,745 equity shares under ESOP on 26 October 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 155,22,81,436 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1552,28,14,360 to 155,28,10,181 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1552,81,01,810.
