Indoco Remedies allots 14,850 equity shares under ESOP

Indoco Remedies has allotted 14,850 equity shares under ESOP on 27 October 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 18,46,36,910 (consisting of 9,23,18,455 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each).
