Valiant Communications jumps after securing Rs 14.76 crore order

Valiant Communications spurted 10.77% to Rs 1,540.30 after the company announced that it had received a domestic order worth Rs 14.76 crore, inclusive of taxes, for grid communication and grid protection solutions.
The order was awarded by private system integrators, according to the company's exchange filing dated 27 October 2026. The contract covers the supply of solutions based on specified technical requirements, with execution scheduled by 31 October 2027.
The company said the end-user for the order belongs to the critical infrastructure sector.
Valiant Communications designs and manufactures communication, transmission, protection, synchronisation, data storage and cybersecurity solutions. Its products have been deployed in more than 110 countries across sectors including power utilities, oil and gas, railways, airports, defence, banking and financial services, and government institutions.
On a consolidated basis, Valiant Communications' net profit rose 65.04% to Rs 7.79 crore while net sales rose 38.76% to Rs 25.42 crore in Q1 June 2026 over Q1 June 2025.
