Genus Power board approves share buyback of up to Rs 148 cr

The board of Genus Power Infrastructures at its meeting held on 26 October 2026 has approved a proposal to buyback equity shares for an amount of up to Rs 148.20 crore at a price of Rs 312 per equity share payable in cash for purchase of up to 47,50,000 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each.
