HCL Technologies completes acquisition of Robotic Process Automation, Croatia

HCL Technologies has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Robotic Process Automation d.o.o., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Croatia by HCL Technologies Austria GmbH, a step- down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
