Board of Five-Star Business Finance approves change in Chief Risk Officer

The board of Five-Star Business Finance at its meeting held on 26 October 2026 has approved the appointment Shankar Subramanian as Chief Risk Officer, categorised as Senior Management Personnel effective from 26 October 2026 in place of Jayaraman S who has stepped down from the position of Chief Risk Officer due to internal movement within the Company.
