South Indian Bank allots 7.52 lakh equity shares under ESOS

South Indian Bank has allotted 7,52,831 equity shares of the bank on 26 October 2026 under ESOS.

Consequently, as on 26 October 2026 the issued and subscribed capital of Bank stands increased to Rs.2,62,02,56,538.00 divided into 2,62,02,56,538 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
