Patanjali Foods Ltd drops for fifth straight session

The volume in the stock stood at 12.89 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 33.29 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark October futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 346.1, down 0.9% on the day. Patanjali Foods Ltd tumbled 41.32% in last one year as compared to a 12.77% slide in NIFTY and a 24.42% fall in the Nifty FMCG index.

The PE of the stock is 17.6 based on TTM earnings ending June 26.
