Ravindra Energy allots 500 equity shares under ESOP

Ravindra Energy has allotted 500 equity shares under ESOP on 25 October 2026. Upon the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from existing Rs 1,98,56,19,030 divided into 19,85,61,903 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to revised capital of Rs. 198,56,24,030 divided into 19,85,62,403 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
