Emrock Corporation receives confirmation for PPAs of 12 MW from UGVCL

Emrock Corporation has received confirmation from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company (UGVCL) in respect of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for the supply of solar power aggregating 12 MW, comprising three solar power projects of 4 MW each at three different locations.

The PPAs are being entered into under the Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy, 2023, and provide for the supply of solar electricity for a period of 25 years, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective agreements.

Following the above confirmation, the Company's aggregate confirmed power supply commitments with UGVCL stand at 40 MW.
