Pearl Global Industries allots 1.09 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Pearl Global Industries has allotted 1,09,300 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on 23 October 2026, to the eligible employees of the Company, who had exercised stock options vested under Pearl Global Industries Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2022.
