Board of CRISIL recommends Third Interim dividend

CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 October 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Third Interim dividend of Rs 17 per equity Share (i.e. 1700%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
