IDFC First Bank allots 14.17 lakh equity shares under ESOS

IDFC First Bank has allotted 14,17,510 equity shares of face value Rs10/- each under ESOS. Post allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs 86,23,40,81,430/- comprising of 8,62,34,08,143 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs 86,24,82,56,530/- comprising of 8,62,48,25,653 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up.
