Aditya Birla Capital allots 24,884 equity share sunder ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 24,884 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 27,37,98,17,530 (i.e. 2,73,79,81,753 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 27,38,00,66,370 (i.e. 2,73,80,06,637 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each).
