Shakti Pumps further invests Rs 12 cr in Shakti EV Mobility

Shakti Pumps (India) has invested Rs 12 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Shakti EV Mobility by subscribing to 1,20,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10. The consolidated investment is Rs. 92 crore after subscribing aforesaid equity shares.
