HDFC Asset Management Company has allotted 17,980 equity shares under ESOS on 22 October 2026. Post allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is Rs. 2,14,54,56,890/- consisting 42,90,91,378 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
