HDB Financial Services allots 1.21 lakh equity shares under ESOS

HDB Financial Services has allotted 1,21,300 equity shares to the employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Schemes on 22 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 8,30,91,57,150 (comprising of 83,09,15,715 equity share of Rs. 10/- each).
