Rishabh Instruments allots 1,000 equity shares under ESOP

Rishabh Instruments has allotted 1,000 equity shares under ESOP on 22 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,88,20,267 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up aggregating to Rs. 38,82,02,670/-.
