Adani Total Gas elevates Sanjay Pandita, CEO to position of Executive Director

The board of Adani Total Gas at its meeting held on 22 October 2026 has approved the appointment of Sanjay Pandita (DIN: 11929763), presently the Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01 November 2026, for a term of three (3) years, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
