360 ONE WAM allots 2.05 cr equity shares on conversion of warrants

360 ONE WAM has allotted 2,05,02,939 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to UBS AG at an issue price of Rs. 1,030/- per equity share. The equity shares allotted on conversion shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 40,79,14,200/- comprising of 40,79,14,200 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, to Rs. 42,84,17,139/- comprising of 42,84,17,139 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
