Automobile Corporation of Goa appoints Swati Shivanand Salgaocar as Chairperson

The board of Automobile Corporation of Goa at its meeting held on 21 October 2026 has approved the appointment of Swati Shivanand Salgaocar (DIN 03500612) as Chairperson of the Board with effect from 07 December 2026 as Yatin Kakodkar (DIN 00001433) will cease to be Independent Director as well as Chairman of the Company with effect from closing hours of 06 December 2026.
