Pine Labs invests Rs 25 cr in Synergistic Financial Networks

Pine Labs has invested Rs 24.99 crore in 49,869 equity shares of Synergistic Financial Networks (SFNPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company by way of subscription to Rights Issue. Being a wholly owned subsidiary, there is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in SFNPL, pursuant to this investment.
