Suzlon Energy allots 3.46 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Suzlon Energy has allotted 3,46,000 equity shares under ESOP on 21 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.2749,32,46,724/- comprising of 1374,66,23,362 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
