KS Smart announces proposal of step-down subsidiary in US

KS Smart Solutions, wholly owned subsidiary of KS Smart Technlogies, has proposed to incorporate a subsidiary in the United States of America, subject to receipt of requisite approvals.

Consequent to the above, the US Subsidiary will become a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company.
