Shriram Finance Ltd eases for fifth straight session

The benchmark NIFTY is down around 0.65% on the day, quoting at 22740.8. The Sensex is at 73490.15, down 0.49%.Shriram Finance Ltd has eased around 9.89% in last one month.Meanwhile, Nifty Financial Services index of which Shriram Finance Ltd is a constituent, has eased around 3.06% in last one month and is currently quoting at 24987.1, down 1.39% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 36.03 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 46.44 lakh shares in last one month.

The benchmark October futures contract for the stock is quoting at Rs 907.05, down 2.08% on the day. Shriram Finance Ltd jumped 27.74% in last one year as compared to a 12.17% slide in NIFTY and a 10.58% fall in the Nifty Financial Services index.

The PE of the stock is 19.32 based on TTM earnings ending June 26.
